Who we are – save the deaf e.V.

save the deaf e.V. is a non-profit aid organization based in Germany. Our goal is to support people with hearing impairments worldwide – through concrete projects, educational work, and sustainable assistance.

We are committed to ensuring that children, adolescents, and adults with hearing impairments have access to education, medical care, sign language, and social participation – regardless of origin, religion, or financial situation.

Our work is based on the values of inclusion, human dignity, and equal opportunities.

What moves us

In many countries, there is a lack of adequate infrastructure for people with hearing impairments. Educational institutions are missing, sign language is not recognized, and those affected are often excluded or overlooked.

We believe: Everyone deserves a voice – whether hearing or not.

That’s why we build bridges:

  • through international projects,

  • through networking with local organizations,

  • through raising awareness in society.

Our story

save the deaf e.V. was founded in 2024 – from a vision to create global solidarity and real participation. What began as an idea is growing through the commitment of many supporters from Germany and beyond.

Together, we make visible what is often overlooked.

Strong together

Whether through donations, volunteering, or networkingevery contribution counts.
We invite you to become part of our mission – for a world in which hearing impairment is not a barrier but a part of our diversity.
